An East Midlands Airport spokesperson told Recruiter the roles, which will include jobs at on-site cargo operators, retailers and caterers, as well as airport security agents, will be created over the next year by the airport and more than 90 businesses based at the site.

“The roles will be advertised on our careers site and through local media,” she added.

“On Saturday 24 January we are holding a recruitment fair with all of our partners. There will be over 350 jobs available on that day.”
