The firm, which is the parent group of specialist resourcing companies Sanderson and Resource Management, achieved a turnover of £220m this year. It is now seeking to develop operations in Northern Europe, initially focusing on The Netherlands and Germany.

Among the areas the firm operates in are financial services, government and defence, and business change.
