A press statement from the firm said that a ‘rejected majority’ feel they have had a negative experience. Candidates who have been told they were not successful in the role they applied for receive information about CareerGift from the prospective employer.

Once logged into the system, candidates can access feedback on all elements of the application process, including CV, covering letter and interview.
