Visa requires technology experts for centre in India

Global payments provider Visa is looking to recruit 1,000 tech and software experts for its new Technology Centre of Excellence in India, according to a report by Essential Retail.
Wed, 5 Nov 2014Global payments provider Visa is looking to recruit 1,000 tech and software experts for its new Technology Centre of Excellence in India, according to a report by Essential Retail.

The centre, based in Bangalore, is set to open early next year and is expected to be fully staffed by early 2017.

It was also reported that employees working in the centre will be involved in the development of key application programming interfaces and software development kits as part of efforts to increase accessibility of VisaNet – a technology platform that supports commerce and payment services.
