Global recruiting specialist Faststream Recruitment Group has promoted Adam Graves from manager of seagoing to associate director of oil & gas.

Faststream has also promoted Kelsey Connolly from manager of oil & gas to manager of ship management.

Their previous positions will not be filled due to a management restructure, according to the company.
