Baker is new recruitment head at Imperial Tobacco

Tom Baker has been appointed global head of resourcing (interim) at Imperial Tobacco Group, based in Bristol.

Tom Baker has been appointed global head of resourcing (interim) at Imperial Tobacco Group, based in Bristol.

He joins from Barclays where he was global head of resourcing for wealth and investment management before leading the company’s Centre of Expertise for Resourcing.

He has also led resourcing at Goldman Sachs (EMEA) and RBS (Global Banking and Markets).
