Valerie Dale has been unveiled as the new HR director at security firm Securitas.
Dale, who joins from G4S Secure Solutions and has more than 20 years’ HR experience, will be responsible for the overall HR strategy of the company.
Dale says she hoped to expand on Securitas’s well-established training and development programmes, and ensure an overall HR strategy that is inline with the business’s philosophy.
