International search and selection firm, Eames Consulting Group has appointed Guy Day as group chief operating officer and promoted Daniel Warwick to managing director of its Singapore office.

Before joining Eames, Day served most recently as chief executive of Ambition Group, where he established and led the organisation in Asia.

Day joins Eames to support the team in Singapore and its development in the Asia-Pacific region including a new office in Hong Kong in early 2015. He will continue to be based in Asia where he has lived for over 18 years.

Warwick, who will report directly to Day, has experience in insurance, banking and professional services.
