The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has appointed Ed Bates, business development manager at Swansea-based Totec Recruitment, as regional director for REC Wales

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has appointed Ed Bates, business development manager at Swansea-based Totec Recruitment, as regional director for REC Wales.

Bates’ role will be to ensure the industry’s voice is at the forefront of the skills and employment debate in Wales. As part of this work, REC Wales is now a member of the Wales Employment and Skills Board (WESB).
