The company connects employers with a network of recruiters.

It has appointed two new non-executive directors and a board adviser.

The appointment are: Cindy Irvine, co-founder of business transformation consultancy Jenson8; Alex Wilson, former group HR director of telecoms giant BT; and Thomas Chambers, technology entrepreneur and former chief financial officer at Robert Walters.
