Mon, 22 Sep 2014Aberdeen-based oil & gas company Oil States is looking to recruit 100 staff across a range of disciplines including welders, inspectors and technicians, the BBC has reported.

The jobs will be based at the company’s new facility, still under construction, at Heartlands Business Park.

According to the firm’s website, the manufacturing activities are moving to the purpose-built facility from Aberdeen following a restructure of the business earlier this year.

The Bathgate-based service and repair arm of the business will also be moving to the new site, along with some of the existing staff.
