Derek Lauder will be responsible for commerce and industry in Glasgow, and the public sector.

Lucy Edgar will focus on commerce and industry in Edinburgh, and the financial services market.

Rutherford Cross is the financial specialist arm of executive search and leadership advisory business Livingston James Group.
