Developed in partnership with behaviour change specialist the Chemistry Group, the online candidate assessment tool is underpinned by the trust’s values, which include safety, kindness, teamwork and improvement.
The tool ensures only those candidates with qualities and attributes aligned with these values reach the interview stage.
Candidates are also asked ‘psychologically driven’ questions based on everyday hospital scenarios.
