US Corporate Resource Services buys Flex Recruitment Plus

Flex Recruitment Plus (FlexPlus), the UK-based logistics recruiter, has been acquired by Corporate Resource Services (CRS), the US-based recruiter.

According to FlexPlus, with the backing of the US recruiting and consulting company, the company will be on course to grow from its current £20m a year turnover to become a £100m annual turnover operation within the next two years.

The contract includes a July move into new premises to treble the available space for the Hinckley, Leicestershire-based company.

Additionally, FlexPlus will export its online recruitment product, ‘iintegra’, to CRS for use in the US recruitment market by Q3, 2014, says the company.
