Spencer Ogden, the global energy recruitment specialist, is to open its latest office in Manchester today, the company has announced.

Phil Bygrave, who will lead a commercial and business development team and a key accounts division, will head up the Manchester office. His main focus will be to develop long-term contracts with existing clients and generate new ones.

Bygrave, who takes on the title of commercial director, has 11 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry and seven years working specifically in the oil & gas sector.
