Fri, 23 May 2014A US factory worker was disciplined for singing after fellow workers complained to his boss.

The unnamed man working in an unnamed company incurred the wrath of his colleagues when he repeatedly sang “This is how we glue it” to the tune of Montell Jordan's 1995 R&B classic, This Is How We Do It.

After receiving complaints from the man’s colleagues, his boss disciplined him, filing the problem under ‘Other: disruptive’, and advising the employee in question to ‘be quieter’ under necessary steps to improve. The image of the disciplinary notice went viral on social media site Reddit.

Perhaps the man in question is now singing “This is how I blew it”.
