Watts honoured with centuries-old title

Tim Watts, chairman of The Pertemps Network Group, is to be honoured this Tuesday 15 April as he is bestowed with the centuries-old title of High Sheriff of the West Midlands in a Declaration Ceremony to be held at Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts in Birmingham.

Tim Watts, chairman of The Pertemps Network Group, is to be honoured this Tuesday 15 April as he is bestowed with the centuries-old title of High Sheriff of the West Midlands in a Declaration Ceremony to be held at Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts in Birmingham.
Watts is the lifetime president of Pertemps, having joined the business in 1970, initially only on a temporary basis.
Watts says: “I feel truly humbled and honoured to have been appointed as High Sheriff, the oldest continuous office under the Crown. I see this as a unique opportunity to give something back to the county in which I have lived and worked for many years and intend to make a meaningful contribution to the region and its people.”
