Rethink Group makes two changes to the board

Rethink Group, a UK-based talent management and recruitment services company, has appointed John O’Sullivan as permanent chairman of the group, following his appointment as interim non-executive chairman in July 2013.

In addition, Rethink has appointed Ben Felton as chief financial officer and member of the board with immediate effect.
Before joining Rethink, Felton was chief financial officer at executive search firm Norman Broadbent. In his five years at Norman Broadbent, he led the finance team, developed internal systems and controls to monitor and manage risks within the business and supported the implementation of the Group's corporate strategy.
