FINANCIALS: Rethink Group boosted by talent management performance

Talent management and recruitment services company Rethink Group recorded a 7.6% rise in net fee income (NFI) to £19.6m in the year ended 31 December 2013, boosted by a strong performance in its talent management activities.

Within the overall figure, NFI from the group’s talent management operations rose by 28.1% to £5.3m from £4.1m in 2012.
Group revenue rose by 28% to £111.7m compared with £87.3m in 2012.
Group EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax depreciation and amortisation) increased to £2.2m from £0.07m in the previous year.
During the year, the group’s talent management business was boosted after it won a three-year talent management agreement with Swiss insurance company Admin Re.
Steve Wright, Rethink chief executive officer, says: "Rethink has made strong progress in 2013, both financially and operationally. During the year the group added several prestigious clients to its already impressive roster and achieved record levels of contractor numbers and permanent recruitment placements.”
