Recruitment companies the number one method for job information

ARM’s ‘Permanent Hiring Simplicity Report’, which took a random sample from a pool of existing and potential ARM employer companies and candidates, found that recruitment companies were the number one method for finding out about jobs. Second (29%) were job boards and third (13%) directly via employers.

According to the report, the common theme currently running through the recruitment market is one of high demand from both hiring companies and candidates.

In terms of employers, over a quarter stated that they used recruitment companies to find up to 20% of their vacancies. A fifth use recruitment companies to fill nearly all their vacancies.
