Oil & gas recruiter Petroplan has opened a new London office in addition to its existing UK offices in Guildford and Aberdeen.

Simon Bell, previously managing director at recruitment firm Michael Page, has been brought in to head up both the London and Guildford offices.

Bell will focus on the placement of permanent roles, as well as commercial roles within the energy sector such as those in marketing and finance.
