Mon, 10 Feb 2014Outsauce, a provider of back office and accounting support to recruitment agencies and contractors, has hired Steve Hartley as group chief operations officer.

Hartley joins with experience as a change management specialist with a background in financial services businesses.

The appointment comes as the company is midway through a four-year business evolution and growth plan following acquisition by investors Energize Capital in January 2012.
