International recruitment firm Morgan McKinley has appointed Rio Goh as operations director – China country head.

Goh has over nine years of recruitment experience and joins from his position as director of Direct HR, Shanghai.

Goh will oversee Morgan McKinley’s entire Shanghai-based operation covering banking & financial services, finance & accounting, IT, technical & engineering, sales & marketing and healthcare.
