Jurys Inn has begun the search for 12 graduates to join the hotel chain’s Grow Graduate scheme for 2014.

Graduates will gain experience in all areas of the business at service staff level before taking on extra responsibility. In the second year, some graduates will take on the duty management role and undergo further training towards becoming a future head of department.

The four-stage recruitment process involves an initial CV screening, with candidates who score highly invited to complete an online video interview.

Candidates are then invited to a half-day at a graduate talent centre in April 2014, where they will be assessed on their skills, personality, presentation and motivation.

Candidates who are successful at the talent centre will then be invited for final interviews taking place in May 2014.

Sam Shepherd, group HR manager says: “We pride ourselves on the development of people across all levels of the business. Attracting fresh talent on our graduate training scheme brings in new ideas and the skills to keep us a competitive business.”

Applications are open until the end of February 2014 and candidates can apply online at jurysinns.com/careers, with the programme starting in September 2014.
