Tue, 11 Feb 2014Global IT services provider HCL Technologies has announced a worldwide Twitter recruitment campaign called #COOLESTINTERVIEWEVER.
Beginning yesterday (10 February), HCL Technologies is conducting a series of interviews exclusively over Twitter, offering the winning candidate an opportunity to work on a year-long strategic project with the company’s top management.
The shortlisting process will be held over two rounds. First, candidates must answer six consecutive questions at any given time. If their answers are fast enough, and high quality, they progress to round two.
The second round involves tweeting answers to questions from the domain of their choice.
The top five applicants will participate in one-on-one interviews over the social media platform.
In the third and final week, HCL Technologies will select a winning candidate to serve for 12 months as one of the following domain roles of his or her choice: Ideapreneurship Evangelist, Big Data Guru, Hacker-in Chief, Digital Voyager and Womenspiration.
