Fircroft, the natural resource and engineering recruitment firm, saw revenue grow by 24% to £898m in the year to 31 August 2013.

Gross profit rose 22% from £49m to £59.6m over the same period, while profit before tax climbed to £22.6m up 64% on the previous year.

Fircroft delivers global HR solutions to the natural resource and engineering sectors, including clients in the oil & gas, power & energy, automotive, mining & minerals and engineering sectors.

Chief executive officer Johnathan Johnson comments: “We delivered significant growth in 2013, enabling us to increase our market share and close in on £1bn turnover.”
