Bullhorn, the recruitment software specialist, has appointed Peter Markland and Andy Ingham to handle client relationships in Asia, Pacific and Africa Collections (APAC) and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Markland joins from Huddle, the content collaboration company, and will focus on supporting the business in APAC and EMEA as an emerging client manager.

Ingham joins from Kelway, the IT services and solutions provider, and will focus on enterprise clients in EMEA and UK South as regional director.
