Recruitment group Pertemps has partnered with business network Families in Business (FiB) to provide recruitment services and expertise to its members.

Dani Saveker, chief executive officer and founder of FiB, explains: “Our recent survey of UK family businesses revealed that 21% want to recruit expertise from outside of the family, on a full or part-time basis. Family businesses are the bedrock of the UK economy and finding skills to sustain this sector is of paramount importance.”

FiB is a membership organisation that works with family businesses, providing support and advice, including recommending service providers.

A spokesperson for FiB tells recruiter.co.uk that the organisation works with a number of small local or niche recruiters, but Pertemps is the only national partner.
