A new paper was published yesterday (17 December) by the DWP, which will be followed by a delivery paper next year.
Recent Office for National Statistics data shows that compared to the employment rate of 77% for working age people without a health condition, only 58% of those with a long-term condition, 45% of those with disabilities and 37% of those with mental health conditions are in work.
The strategy can be read online via the gov.uk website.
