Wed, 11 Dec 2013US healthcare staffing firm Jackson Healthcare has acquired health industry executive recruiter Tyler & Company, the latest in a line of acquisitions in the market.

Tyler will run as an independent firm within its new parent, with chair J Larry Tyler and chief executive officer Dennis J Kain remaining in their roles.

J Larry Tyler and Jackson chair Richard L Jackson first worked together in the 1970s.
