Global executive search firm Horton International is setting up in Poland after a local search company agreed to start operating under the Horton brand in the market.

Horton and Executive People have come to a licence agreement that makes Warsaw the 50th office for the company across 27 countries worldwide. Executive People was spun off from the wider People Group earlier this year.

Paulina Baranowska is managing partner of the office, having held the same role previously for the independent company.

In August, Horton announced the hire of former Kellan boss Ross Eades as chief executive officer.
