Thu, 14 Nov 2013Unique Sales Professionals, a company that trains and then places people into sales roles, has launched.

The company is a partnership between Emma Sugarman, a non-executive director of recruitment and outsourcing firm Servoca, to whom she sold her previous business, education recruiter Academics, in 2008, and her husband Adam Caplan.

Sugarman tells recruiter.co.uk that the venture is “a marriage of professional expertise” – hers as a recruiter and Caplan’s as a trainer and motivational speaker.

Sugarman says the aim is to provide clients with sales staff that “can hit the ground running”.

She adds that the company, based in South Woodford, Essex, will focus on four sectors: recruitment, retail, commercial and finance.
