Job hunting intentions in North America still high, finds Right Management

Well over four in five staff at North American firms intend to look for a new job in 2014, although slightly fewer are hunting than last year, finds a survey from Right Management.
Wed, 20 Nov 2013Well over four in five staff at North American firms intend to look for a new job in 2014, although slightly fewer are hunting than last year, finds a survey from Right Management.

Right Management, a talent and career management firm and part of ManpowerGroup, questioned 900 workers and found 83% would be actively seeking a new position next year, down from 86% last year.

Jobseeking intentions were at 84% when workers were questioned at the end of 2011 and 2010, up from 60% at the end of 2009.
