en-japan currently serves seven markets across the Asia-Pacific region, operating in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea in addition to Japan. It says Thailand has a growing recruitment market and that it can leverage clients from the large number of global and Japanese corporations operating in Thailand.

Capstone’s shares will be acquired by en-japan itself, its subsidiary en-Asia holdings, and a still to be established firm En Holdings (Thailand).

Capstone has 27 staff and sales in the year 2012 totalled 48m Thai Baht (£950k).
