Are you a star in the HR and talent acquisition industry? US online reality TV show Top Recruiter is now casting for its third season.

According to the show’s executive producer Chris LaVoie, to date the show has been watched by more than 3m people worldwide.

Contestants will live in what the show’s website calls the ‘Top Recruiter Mansion’ in Miami over the seven-day filming period next June, and compete in a series of recruitment challenges.

The show has been described by news network CBS as mixing glamour with job advice. The most recent sixth episode of season two, released just yesterday, can be viewed at the bottom of this page. At 23 minutes long, one for the lunch break perhaps…

The UK’s Jobsite founder and Evenbase founder/chairman Keith Potts is also a judge this season, as reported last month on recruiter.co.uk.

The show is sponsored by a number of suppliers to the recruitment industry including digital interviewing firm HireVue and candidate search and job posting firm Broadbean Technology.

Would-be Top Recruiters are invited to submit their details on the Top Recruiter website.
