A new report, ‘The Future of Work', released today by Tower Lane Consulting, revealed that 60% of enterprises plan to increase freelance hiring next year.

Elance says the Private Talent Cloud has been developed to address the biggest challenges faced by companies when hiring and managing non-employee workforces, a trend that is set to increase, according to the report’s findings.
