Wed, 25 Sep 2013Online freelance work platform Elance has launched Private Talent Cloud, a secure management solution that allows companies to hire, manage and pay their freelance workforce on demand.

A new report, ‘The Future of Work', released today by Tower Lane Consulting, revealed that 60% of enterprises plan to increase freelance hiring next year.

Elance says the Private Talent Cloud has been developed to address the biggest challenges faced by companies when hiring and managing non-employee workforces, a trend that is set to increase, according to the report’s findings.
