International recruitment group Phaidon International has launched specialist recruitment brand for the telecommunications industry GloComms, offering executive search, contingency and contract recruitment.

Its seventh group brand operates out of offices in London, New York, Singapore and Zurich, locations already occupied by other Phaidon brands.
GloComms is led by director Andrew Crouch, who joins from Recruiter Award-winning telco recruitment firm Penta Consulting.
