Job site Monster.co.uk has launched a new mobile-optimised site, after recent research found almost half (48%) of candidates use their mobile or tablet to research jobs and employers online.

The company also found that 30% have applied for jobs on their mobile device.
The site is integrated with Monster’s job advertising service Career Ad Network, which targets active and passive job seekers with relevant job opportunities, wherever they spend time online, and includes a feature allowing candidates to upload their CV directly from cloud services Dropbox and Google Drive.
