London executive search firm The Inzito Partnership has allied with New York-headquartered executive recruiter Battalia Wilson.

The alliance will see clients offered “research, selection and recruitment services on a global scale to ensure they have the widest selection of the best possible candidates for their critical executive posts”, according to a company statement.
Inzito was founded in 2009 by Carol Leonard, the former head of the board practice at executive recruiter Whitehead Mann and previously a financial journalist, and employs seven consultants.
Battalia Wilson also has offices in Boston, Chicago, New Jersey and Washington DC, and celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.
Leonard first met Battalia Wilson chief executive officer and chair Dale Winston in 2001.
