Paul Modley, who led the recruitment effort for the 2012 London Olympic Games, has joined Talent Collective, a management consultancy specialising in talent acquisition, as head of consulting.

Previously head of recruitment at the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), Modley was the head of resourcing for UK banking at Barclays and has also worked for professional services firm Ernst & Young.

Modley also spoke at this year’s Smart Resourcing event, the event of the year for in-house recruitment professionals, organised by Recruiter.
