Recruiter Hudson expands relationship with shareholder Sagard

Global talent solutions firm Hudson has agreed to expand its relationship with a major shareholder, investment firm Sagard Capital Partners.

Sagard managing partner will attend Hudson’s board and board committee members as a non-voting participant, offering insight and advice to the company.

Sagard currently owns 14.3% of the company’s shares, having first invested in Hudson in 2010.
