Futurestep chosen for BNY Mellon sales hires in North America

Talent and recruitment solutions firm Futurestep has been engaged to fill up to 100 new positions across North America within the financial services firm BNY Mellon Wealth Management.

This includes up to 10 private bankers and mortgage bankers, but the majority of roles come as the firm begins a two-year campaign to increase its sales force by 50%.

Roles are in several US cities, as well as Toronto and the Cayman Islands.

The firms first worked together as BNY Mellon engaged Futurestep to establish the regional head office of BNY Mellon Asset Management in Hong Kong.
