Executive search firm Burns Carlton has acquired a stake in City search and contract recruitment firm Simply Executive Search, bringing Simply Executive into the Burns Carlton Group.
Wed, 29 May 2013Executive search firm Burns Carlton has acquired a stake in City search and contract recruitment firm Simply Executive Search, bringing Simply Executive into the Burns Carlton Group.
It also sees Simply Executive chair Michael Petrie take a stake in the Burns Carlton Group, and joins its board of directors.
The two firms will co-operate on an Entrepreneurial Scheme, which offers recruitment entrepreneurs a platform to build their business and the umbrella of the two brands.
Burns Carlton has completed assignments in over 24 countries across a number of sectors. It was founded in 2003; its new sister company, in 2010.
