Working Transitions gets Kellan’s Hardman as CEO

Lynne Hardman has taken on the role of chief executive officer at outplacement, redeployment and coaching consultancy Working Transitions.
Fri, 5 Apr 2013Lynne Hardman has taken on the role of chief executive officer at outplacement, redeployment and coaching consultancy Working Transitions.

She previously worked for recruitment consultancy Kellan Group as a senior executive. The company’s CEO Ross Eades stepped down last month.

In her roles with Kellan and previous positions with recruiters Hays and Badenoch & Clark, she spent 15 years as a recruitment board director.

Hardman suggests that organisations should not overlook the value of outplacement, as it is “recognised that providing high quality outplacement support can significantly reduce business risk, protect brand reputation and maintain employee morale during a time of change”.
