Global engineering recruitment firm TXM Recruit has appointed Ian Thomson to head its new Glasgow operation, specialising in oil & gas recruitment as the firm’s global director for oil & gas.

Thomson joins TXM with more than 25 years’ oil & gas recruitment under his belt, the last decade with energy, engineering and healthcare recruiter Nuparc.

TXM recruits in the UK, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Australasia across a number of sectors, with Thomson charged with focusing on expanding client base in the UK, Norway, Middle East and Canadian markets.
