Life sciences executive search firm RSA has appointed Dr Theo de Roij as a senior consultant in the firm’s Belgium office.

De Roij is fluent in five languages and has 30 years’ life sciences experience, including six in search itself, gained with previous employer and RSA competitor firm Euromedica.
