US insurance recruiter The Jacobson Group has acquired London insurance executive search firm ejsSearch.

US insurance recruiter The Jacobson Group has acquired London insurance executive search firm ejsSearch.
The merger sees the firms operating under the Jacboson brand, with Greg P Jacobson, co-chief executive officer of Jacobson, commenting: “This merger delivers a much-needed integrated one-team approach to client relationships for insurance search cross-border.”
Barbara Schönhofer, ejs CEO, joins the board of Jacobson as senior vice president and CEO, global executive search.
The merger should close in the second quarter of 2013.
