Exsurgo hires McNichol for commercial roles

International recruiter Exsurgo has appointed Felicity McNichol as a principal consultant within its commercial division.

International recruiter Exsurgo has appointed Felicity McNichol as a principal consultant within its commercial division.

The company, backed by James Caan’s Hamilton Bradshaw investment group, has given McNichol a remit to build a business unit and team focusing on fashion and non-fashion in retail e-commerce.

McNichol joins from recruiter Michael Page where she recruited buying and merchandising professionals into the retail sector, and has also worked in the retail industry as a buyer for John Lewis and Laura Ashley.
