Sarah Dye will take over the post of group finance director from Andrew Bailey at recruitment, training and conferencing provider RTC Group on Monday, 4 February.

A qualified chartered accountant, Dye joins from rival UK recruitment group Staffline.

She is a qualified chartered accountant and her work in public and private sectors in the UK and overseas has included time at Allied Domecq, The Boots Company and Nottingham Trent University, as well as five years as audit manager in the office of Audit New Zealand’s auditor-general. 

Bailey has been with RTC for nine years.
