Roc Search gets Moore for training

IT and engineering recruitment agency Roc Search has appointed Lucy Moore as its internal training manager.

She previously worked as a consultant with specialist recruiter Hill McGlynn, since renamed Randstad Construction, Property and Engineering, before being promoted to the role of senior sales trainer for the Southern region in 2006.

Moore comments: “My first task is to create a first-class Rookie programme for new starters but my main focus will be on the job desk coaching with individual consultants. I will also be introducing a management training programme to ensure employees are continually developed throughout their career at Roc Search.”

FINANCIALS: ‘Stable’ first quarter for Adecco
